Atty. Raquel M. Forbes, Attorney-at-law, is an International Maritime Law attorney currently employed to the Port Authority. Prior to that she was at the Ministry of Transport & Works where she worked with all the portfolio entities falling under that Ministry.
Atty. Forbes also has experience as a corporate secretary as she served as company secretary for the Montego Bay Metropolitan Company Limited, Montego Bay Free Zone Company Limited and the Kingston Free Zone Company Limited. She also serves on the Board of Visitors for Places of Safety under the Ministry of Culture, Gender, Entertainment & Sport. She is also a Director on the Board of the Professional Engineers Registration Board.
