Engr. Orett A. Parker is President, and Chief Executive Officer of Debor Engineering Consultancy and Maintenance Services Ltd, an Electrical Engineer specializing in Electrical/Mechanical Consultancy and Facilities Maintenance with more than 35 years’ experience. Engr. Parker is a Libran, with a BSc in Electrical Engineering. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a member of the Jamaica Institution of Engineers. He is a Past President of the Dinthill Technical High School Alumni Association, and Board Member of the Pear Tree Grove Primary School. He currently serves as a Director on the Professional Engineers Registration Board. In his previous employ, Engr. Parker was a director in the Maintenance Department of the former Air Jamaica where he served for 29 1/2 years, and during his time Air Jamaica was ranked fourth in the world for its Safety Record.
He was fortunate to have been trained by Air Jamaica in numerous Executive Management, Technical Engineering enhancement courses. As part of his responsibility all properties & equipment owned and occupied locally and overseas by Air Jamaica fell under his portfolio.
