Engr. Gary Walters is Chairman of the Credentials Committee of the Professional Engineers Registration Board (PERB) and a Senior Project Manager with the National Water Commission, with 18 years’ experience. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the West Indies (St. Augustine), a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Manchester (Manchester Business School) and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Jamaica.
He has worked in the design and implementation of a number of potable water supply and wastewater projects in Jamaica. He a Past President of the Jamaica Institution of Engineers and is a member of the Jamaica National Heritage Trust, Heritage Development Review Committee. He sits on the Board of Trustees of the National Water Commission Pension Plan.
