Engr. Dwight Ricketts is the Senior Manager at the Jamaica Social Investment Fund (JSIF) since October 2015 where he has portfolio responsibility for overseeing Standards and Quantity Surveying procedures. Engineer Ricketts brings to the industry a wealth of experience of over 33 years of experience in engineering, operations, management, and leadership across the public and private sectors.
Engr. Ricketts has held senior technical and management appointments, including Agricultural Engineer at St. Mary Banana Estates and Executive Engineer and Senior Director, Facilities and Property Management, at the then Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries. He holds a Master of Engineering degree in Water Resources from the University of Guelph, Canada, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from The University of the West Indies.
A Past President and Council Member of the Jamaica Institution of Engineers, Engineer Ricketts also contributes to national and community development through service as a Justice of the Peace and through leadership within the Scout Association of Jamaica. He is committed to applying his technical expertise and leadership experience to strengthen communities and support improved infrastructure in underserved areas.
